About the Festival

Gebhart Properties has hosted the Cockeysville Fall Festival in the Cranbrook Shopping Center for over15 years. The festival was started to unite the surrounding residential properties and businesses together in one central location with live music, local vendors, good food and cold drinks. Proceeds from the event go to the Cool Kids Campaign which is a nonprofit that supports children fighting cancer through academic, emotional and social programming.
